Fees

Fees

The charges include a full range of services at Waterfield Homes Ltd. Comprehensive assessment and admission, attendance and preparation of Care plans, nursing reports for CPA reviews, case conferences etc. Administration costs. Each client has a double size bedroom with some shared and en-suite facilities.

Food (with ethnic varieties), water, light/heating, laundry, cleaning, items necessary for personal care. Skills training (cooking, laundry, budgeting, shopping, social etc.). Staff training to high standard.

The organisation of educational, recreational, sporting and domestic activities of interest to the client and which is deemed appropriate following medical, occupational therapy, psychological and nursing assessments. Sky Television (Sports and film channels inclusive) and TV license payments are included.

Funding and organising group holidays for all clients willing to participate every year.

Fees also include all transport and staff escorts to ensure safe passages to any destination if required. The mobility element of the DLA will be used to supplement the cost of transport (where applicable).

High staff to client ratio, to provide after-care support. Each client will be provided a designated care coordinator (nurse) for on-going rehabilitation in the community.

Included in our fees are the all-important service charges as therapeutically mitigated. These services are provided as either group sessions (when contracted out to specialists) or as one to one session by the Home staff.

Our fees range from £800 to £1500.00 according to individual needs assessed.

The fee excludes:

Clothing, however, support can be provided by staff to arrange for the purchases and ensure appropriate dressing for the weather at all times.

Medical treatment, as the clients will be registered with a local General Practitioner for an access and review of primary health care.

Other therapeutic services accessed by the clients in the community will be assessed by the social worker prior to placement. Transport will be provided for on-going attendance to such services to maintain continuity of care.
